We want you to love your Arizona Love sandals as much as we do, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original packaging, and include all trek-ready accessories.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items back in their original Arizona Love box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
